Timelenders launches leadership workshop!

The leading management consulting and training firm, Timelenders, has launched a leadership workshop ''Effective Leadership through Character''. The first workshop was recently held in Karachi, which was conducted by Suleman Ahmer, CEO & lead facilitator at Timelenders.

The objective of this leadership training workshop was to highlight the critical aspect of leadership which can yield phenomenal improvement how we lead others and ourselves.

Participants of the workshop learned about the importance of creating ''meaning'' in personal & professional lives, importance of ''Leadership'' in the fulfillment of this meaning in lives, the four basic elements of leadership including character, what is character & how is it developed, how to determine which character traits are worthy for the meaning that we are looking for in our lives, introduction to the meaningful framework and developing a personal game plan to enhance personal leadership skills.
