Suleman’s interest in the power of visions to transform organizations has resulted in consulting work with groups in Pakistan, the UAE and the US. He has consulted with both local and Multinational organizations. Suleman has taught the fundamentals of Visions to thousands of individuals in Bahrain, Kuwait, Pakistan, the UAE and the US.

Suleman founded Timerunners, Inc. in Chicago in 1999, Timelenders, Inc. in Boston and Karachi in 2002 and Timelenders FZE in the UAE in 2007. Through Timelenders, Suleman teaches courses such as Strategic Time Management and Strategic Visions. The list of companies trained includes global giants such as GSK, Nestle, Pfizer, Philips, Siemens, Total and Telenor.


Before founding Timelenders, Suleman was associated with a couple of Chicago based multinationals. He has worked in the US and Canada, the Caspian region, the Middle East, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. He has traveled to over 25 countries. A former member of the American Management Association, Suleman draws inspiration from his international management experience and his background in research.


Suleman is an award winning author and has three works: the essence of his travel experiences are captured in ‘The Embattled Innocence’ published in the US and his current focus is ‘Strategic Time Management’ and ‘Strategic Visions’. His articles on geopolitics and history have appeared in prestigious magazines in the US such as Washington Post for Middle East Affairs. He has spoken to over 40 US universities including the Harvard University, MIT, Emory, University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers.

Suleman is an Engineering graduate of the University of Nebraska and his research with the US Air Force in Solid State Physics culminated in published work.

Mr.Yameenuddin Ahmed

Yameen has been associated with Timelenders since 2004 and thousands of individuals, professionals and corporate executives have gone through his trainings, consulting and counseling sessions from all areas of life including multinationals, local companies, government organizations, financial institutions and educational institutions, in Pakistan, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Yameen specializes in working with his clients for both personal and organizational enhancement in effectiveness primarily by having clear visions in life and then using time management to realize these visions.

Another distinction of Yameen is his ability to work with families, groups of youth and parents in developing visions for their families and the realization of the same by managing their time effectively to an extent that every single day we spend should take us closer to our visions. His ability to explain logical and easy to apply time management concepts and tools has made him one of the experts in this area, helping people become the architects of their own lives.

With a degree in Commerce and post graduate studies in Accounting & Finance, Yameen has professional experience of over 12 years working with a large manufacturing group in the areas of finance, marketing and human resource development before joining Timelenders.

His training sessions have delivered both outstanding value for money as well as training content that is relevant and of immediate practical value. In addition, he has the ability of adapting his sessions to suite diverse audiences. Yameen's powerful, open and responsive training methodology has brought about dramatic changes in the lives of many individuals and organizations in the last few years.

Dr. Irfan is Vice President of PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology and Dean of College of Engineering and College of Computing and Information Sciences. He has extensive experience in the design and development of successful academic programs such as BCS, BE, BS, BBA, MBA, MS and Ph.D. He worked as an Assistant Professor at Pakistan’s renowned business school IBA (1995-2000) where he led the Center for Computer Studies as its Deputy Director. He has over 15 international publications in reputed journals.

Dr. Irfan Hyder did his MS and Ph.D. from University of Texas at Austin (in 1989 and 1994 respectively). He has an a MBA from IBA (1987) and a BE from NED University of Engineering and Technology (1985) .

His current interests include development of a vision oriented, projects-based culture in students and faculty that motivates them towards excellence in their professional and personal lives.
