The Strategic Negotiation Skills workshop will help you cut through the clutter in communication and give you the confidence and tools to negotiate convincingly and ethically. Learn the techniques on how to handle difficult situations, disagreements, and communication breakdowns so that long term, sustained, peaceful resolutions are achieved and winning situations are created for all parties involved.

Length of training
Spread over 18 instructional hours, the workshop has lecture sessions, individual and group exercises, presentations by the participants and quizzes. Different modules are developed and brought together at the end. Depending upon the participants, the workshop’s layout is customized. A minimum of three days are required.
