New write-up of the term ‘Urgent’
The definition of urgent has been further refined. The write-up now includes a couple of exercises to demonstrate the independence of the technical definitions of Urgent and important and how to use these definitions to classify activities into the Time quadrant grids (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4). You can either read the document online or download it and place it in your STM manual.

Sample of Roles Break Down (The role of a father)
The process of breaking down a USV (Ultimate Subvision) into IVs (Intermediate Visions) has been documented through a true case of a Timelenders family member in which he has written his USV in the role of a father. The document illustrates how a USV will look like according to the Visions framework that we introduce in the Strategic Visions workshop and how all the elements in USV writing checklist play out in an actual document.

Training calendar 2010 has been uploaded

We are anticipating a heavy load in our trainings in 2010 and hence we have increased the frequency of our workshops. Also, we are launching new workshops like one on parenting and another on communication. So please keep an eye out as we announce these new workshops. We would recommend that you plan and register well in advance for the workshops. For example Vision Retreat for December 2009 was filled two months before the date of the event.
